About Appraising Spokane

Appraising Spokane is a branch of Sound Appraisal. The principal appraiser, Don, started in 1990 after a successful career as a corporate information systems department manager, computer systems analyst, computer programmer and before that as an Air Traffic Controller for the FAA. Don is a veteran of 6 years in the Air Force. He has an avid interest in real estate appraisal, home building, and land use and home sales.

Appraising Spokane is a member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers and is a Washington State Certified appraiser as well as an experienced Washington State Real Estate Sales Agent.

Appraising Spokane is also a leader in appraisal technology. We were among the first appraisers to make use of digital delivery of appraisals. We have been providing clients with computer generated reports with digital images since 1995!
